i am a recently retired engineer of 20 years, but this sounds like (based on the info given) a heater element fault, after the machine fills up and agitates a few times the heater should start, check the heater for open circuit, replace if needed, of course it just could be a wire off? if i have helped rate me please

SOURCE: samsung b1245s washing machine
The error code HE2= water heater error (The heater element did not getting hot)
Unplug the machine to reset this error.
Try different cycle let see you still getting the same error.

Error E20 means the machine has failed to pump out. 1st check the filter at the bottom right hand side there may still be water inside if so pull the grey tab to the left of the filter there should be a thin hose extend it put it into a shallow dish and pull the cap off to let the water drain this may be a slow process. When the filters out look into the hole with a torch to see if any obstructions in the pump impeller this looks like a cross. If the filters and pump are clear it may be the pump has failed.

status signal comes back from the motor controller that a current limit has
been breached, the unit will return to standby mode and display "CA" for
average current limit trip. Average current trip occurs if there is a 2 second
average of current draw greater than 5.55 Amps at the motor windings. This may signify problems with the drive
motor, thermal protector or motor controller, overloading the unit may cause
this problem. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.
