click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: how can i make my
well tbh it shouldnt really metter what operating system you are on, coz most of them are almost the same and they all do the same job how ever if you have ever installed any hdd of any kind then ul know that most hdds are partitioned. firstly you need to plug in your hdd and the restart your computer and put in the xp or vista operating system and boot from disk when it says press any key to boot press any key and it will take you throught the steps on how to format or make another partition and you will have a set of hdds to chose from, one being your C drive and the other being your exturnal drive. when u install a operating system it will give you the choice if you want to make another partition and then you just choose the size that you want it to be note that the size will come up as KB and not MB so it will be something like 160000 and then you wanna make 4 partitons so say you want 40GB for each one you should look at taken it down to 120000 and then 80000 and then 400000 you can do this as many times as you like but if this seems to hard or complex then there is another way im not 100% sure if its free but its paragon partition manager witch is a program that you just install and start it up and with your hdd pluged in it will show you all the hdds on your computer and you just select the hdd you want to partiton and then chose the size of the partition but yet again you can you can do this as many times as you want. if you are still having problems just send me a email and il get back to you. my addy is email@example.com

SOURCE: HDD not Seen in system.
First things first .....check for power cable and data cable and make
sure they are not tampered or damaged now move to next step>>>
kindly remove all jumpers in HDD now go to
Control panel>Administrative tool>Computer management>Disk management
you can see the disk here and change settings accordingly like assigning path and drive letter if this does not work
then just see that is it recognized in device manager as unrecognized device then update driver for HDD even now if the problem persists
KIndly consult the manufacturer
Thanks And Regards
