Question about MGE UPS Galaxy 3000 UPS System
While attending to this unit I discovered that load supported through yellow phase had no power on static bypass and after resetting the unit it kept switching off after 10 minutes. What could be the problem?
Why don't you check the output fuses of the UPS if are ok than fix or replace the power module.

SOURCE: case 1: 220 V, 50Hz applied
Did you measure with a true RMS meter?
If yes,the results are normal, but your ground connection is not very good.
The case has 110v potential (exactly half of the input&output 220v) because of the input and output capacitor filters (a capacitor is conectet from phase to casis and an other from neutral to chasis, thus resulting a 1/2 voltage divider). Because of this, the earthing is necessary.

SOURCE: when switched the bypass to
You didnt start the UPS correctly because the static switch was not on. The Static Switch has to be on to get a clean transfer of power. Check your static switch
