Yea, this happened to me as well. It keeps pressing a series of 0'1 and 1's and then it dials the number. I just received this phone and it hasn't been damaged by any sort of circumstances.
Well if anybody else has this problem, I've managed a solution but haven't confirmed if it fixes it permanently. It turns out the main cause for this is due to water damage but it can be from either direct contact or sweaty fingers of some sort. The solution is to take the battery out and leave the RAZR opened up to dry out for 12-24 hours. That way the keypads can return to normal under little contact/use the next day. The water damage may be slight so I recommend staying out of contact with the RAZR for a long period of time afterwards (presumably a day).

Autodial? You're going to use one of the 8 buttons for autodial or are you trying to put system speed dialing in? The phone buttons are easy if you dial "9" to get an outside line. You press PROGRAM a button, and dial 29 plus your number and STORE.
Now, obscurely, you can program one of the 8 buttons to SAVE a number. Thats done by PROGRAM the button 5 STORE. When you dial a number that you want to save, you press Autodial and SAVE (the button you programmed) and it will save that number under the button.
Now, grab a line and press the SAVE button and it will dial your saved number.
Last, if you're not totally bored, you can store 10 Personal speed dial numbers on your phone. They program by 2* (0-9) number # and are dialed by pressing # (0-9).
Yeah. BTW this is an instruction set for a TA-624, common for the type of phone you have. I think it applies to most of the TA series KSU's.
Press the STORE button, "Location?" appears in the dispaly screen, dial one of the digits 0 through 9 on the dialpad or press one of the 3 memory buttons:A, B, or C. Press the STORE button, enter the phone number using the dialpad, press the STORE button.
There are two ways to use the stored numbers. With the phone idle, press the DIAL button, press the memory button(A, B, or C) or one of the dialpad numbers 0 through 9, then lift the handset or press the speaker button and the stored number will be dialed. The other way is to first lift the handset or press the speaker button, press the DIAL button then choose the memory location by pressing one of the A, B, or C memory buttons or dial one of the digits 0 through 9 on the dial pad and the stored number will be dialed . I have included a link where you can download the manual.

ps - kindly rate my answer as helpful. thanks
I can think of only two reasons it doesn't work. What "Code" are you dialing? If you can't dial 600-699, then you are not at extension 10 or 11. If you're trying 80-99 you don't press FEATURE again.
To add an ExtensionKey: - DONT lift handpiece, enter [*91] then press a vacant memory key and then choose “Repdial Key” from the menu. Enter an extension or group number and press the [ü] key.
To dial an ExtensionKey: -
Lift handpiece.
Press the memory key you programmed.
Storing a personal speed dial number: - Lift handpiece. Dial [*92] Dial memory number. (*0 - *9 for personal numbers) Press the [ü] key. Dial 0 then the number to be stored. Press the [ü] key. Hang up.
How to dial speed dial numbers: -
Lift handpiece.
Dial [*7]
Dial memory number.
(*0 - *9 for personal numbers)
(001-999 for system numbers) For Example: [*7*0 ü] will call the personal number stored under position *0. [*7001 ü] will call the system speed dial number stored under position 001.
