Question about Cell Phones
I forgot my receovery question and this thing is taking forth and backward. I really don't know what a hell is going on here since 2 days struggling to get my password. I am told to go to www.blackbery.com/blackberryid and when I am there still I am asked the very same question. please help
The only way to contact RIM is to ask your carrier specifically requesting escalation to RIM. T-Mobile for example has a mobile RIM unit and they can help you. If by chance you still have the email sent to you by RIM when you created your blackberry ID then your in luck. In this email is a link to delete the BB ID associated with your email address. Just click that and your BB ID is deleted. You can now create a new BB ID with the same email address from before. This is how it was explained to me by a friend who works for t-mobile. Good luck.
