Question about Sanyo DS32224 TV
The picture on my tv seems to be too large like I have zoomed in on the picture. I checked the aspect ratio and it is set a 4.3. Any suggestions.

I would be 97% sure that you have dry joints on the board. If you are not confident soldering or with electronics then I would recommend that you take it to a qualified technician. They shouldn't charge you more than £10-15 to repair it.

SOURCE: Sanyo HT30744 Aspect Ratio Help
Do you still have the original remote? If so there is a button that says "Pix shape" that will change your aspect ratio for you. If you are watching something in HD it should say "full". If it is analog it will say "normal" in 4x3 format. If you want it stretch hit it till it says "zoom 1" or "zoom 2". If you don't have the original remote I am not sure how you would change it. You can find them on ebay if you need one. Hope this helps.

Testimonial: "I didn't have the original remote, so I had my friend get on ebay and order me one. Once I got it I was able to use it to change the picture size. :)"
This is a quote of what Sanyo told me: "The aspect ratio can only be changed when the unit is in the video mode." So I tried switching modes with the input button and it worked but went to like a letter box/wide screen type of picture, which doesn't help me. We have dishnetwork and on the Panasonic plasma we can adjust the ratio with their remote so I have two options there but not with my Sanyo unfortunately. Hope this helps
