Question about Freezers
Remove the back panel inside the freezer, the thermostat is clipped on the line going to the coil, you will have to check it with a multi meter with the meter set on olms it should read close to 0 when it is 32 degrees or lower, if not it needs replaced. you can remove it and use a glass of ice water to check it. the heating element is under the coil and if the meter is attached to both ends should read 0 if it is good if it does not have any reading when attached it needs replaced. if both test good you will need to replace the main control board. hope this helps
