Question about Motorola Mobility V360 Cellular Phone
I have been trying to format my 128 MB card for my V360 but it keeps saying "Format Failed. Try Again". I hit yes and i get the same message. I also tried just going through it on my computer anyway, but when i clicked on my E Drive it came up with "Please Insert Disk Into Drive E:"
What do i do? Any help would be greatly appreciated
yes there is a possible solution to your problem....there seems to be a problem with your card....and it doesn`t look like you can get your data back from it ...so you will have to format your memory card....connect your card to a computer through a memory card reader by also using your micro card`s adaptor and then format it from your computer......hope this helps.....please vote ...help us to help you better

Do you mean SIM or SD card? Your phone should work without SD card. Is your phone able to make calls? If not I would contact Virgin Mobile.
You can perform a reset by going to settings > privacy > data reset.
