Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: I need to put the cover back on the baby's car seat and can't remember how! Help!

You've probably already figured this one out - but for any of you having trouble getting everything back together, might i suggest www.djgusa.com
YOu can search for the manual ONLINE to YOUR particular model number (right on the side of the car seat) - I have a car seat from a friend, so i didn't have a manual to consult - until NOW!

ok I had such a hard time with this, i looked on the internet for hours and found NOTHING!! haha so i went to babies r us and checked out a similar one so here it is.
first the strap goes on the bottom, pull them even and the add the buckle, plastic buckle thing, and the other thing soft thing. then put the strap through the back of the seat (you should have two ends) not the must go OVER the adjusts! now take the metal piece that adjust the length and pull it long enough for it to reach the two straps and hook them up!! haha if this isnt good enough go to a store that carries the alpha omega elite car seats and check it out! GOOD LUCK!!

Purchasing used car seats at yard sales etc is illegal! The seat could have been damaged or could easily break because it is used. Goodwill doesnt even sell them because it is against the law. Save a life and buy NEW. The seller was wrong to do this. Never save a dime when it comes to safety! Strollers however are ok to re-sell.
Figuring out those straps are tricky and can cost a life if not done right. If you insist on keeping it, make an appointment with the calif. hwy patrol or police dept in your state and they will install the seat safely and propery for you. Do not do this yourself, please!

Sometimes it works best if you have two people to install the seat. Have one person put their knee in the carseat and apply pressure down into the seat, while the other person tightens the seatbelt/straps.

I have a Cosco Juvenile car seat and my husbands car. In the back seat he has seat belts that are a combination shoulder and lap strap. How do you connect the car seat so that it is secure in the back...

you take the seat belt and put the lap strap thru the back of the carseat and click in in on the oher side pull tight and carseat is secure. the shoulder strap part doesnt effect the safety of the car seat at all
