When the glass lid is open gas should come through the burners but it looks like a sm thanksall white circle type is missing. the grill and oven have gas but not the burners
all gas cookers with glass lids have a safety cut off switch. check around the back of the cooker, it will be positioned in a place where the lid could press it down when it shuts. see if that switch has been pressed in and stuck in ? help the switch out and clean it so it moves freely in and out. hope this helps

Wow this is awesome. I was getting so frustrated, but this completely fixed it....
We started getting a blinking light... indicating the jug needed replacement... after installing a full jug. The unit would cycle, then the red blinking light would come back on. Upon careful inspection of the feed tube and lines, it was realized that the plastic line on the intake of the pump body had been inadvertently pulled out just slightly (presumably from jostling the jug around during replacement). I believe that this breaks the seal the unit requires for suction, and caused the fault. I simply pushed the (white) plastic line back into pump body and heard an audible 'click'. Unit works fine now. I hope this helps, as these units are not exactly cheap.

PRIMO BOTTOM LOAD WATER DISPENSER, BLINKING LIGHT

Lid is stuck, can't open it.
Have you checked the lift assist hinge springs on the back of the grill. If they are broken or have come loose, it's impossible for one person to lift the lid. Also, if the lid gasket is severely worn, this could cause the lid to stick.

According to the problem you are facing is to be resolved only any laptop repair technician.

It is advice able to visit the HP service center and they will change the lid cover with proper care.

All though this is one of the best kamodo grills on the market, it has had continual problems with hinge assembly, like you described. I heard recently, that Primo had redesigned the hinge mechanism in an effort to make it stronger. Whether it's hit the market yet, I don't know. But, I would suggest that you contact them, to see if the new hinge assembly is available as a replacement part.

Go to weber.com you can order a new lid. They may replace for free if due to a defect.

Is it really cold where you are in June? If so, light a small fire in the very bottom of the Egg behind the draft door. After a while the Egg will warm up the ice keeping the lid closed will melt.

If it's not really cold where you are...get out a butter knife and slice it open around the rim. Then buy yourself a new gasket here http://www.outdoorhome.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=33
