Question about Heating & Cooling
Is the compressor running? It can take awhile to re pressurize the system after storage sometimes. If the compressor is running it could have a leak and lost it's charge. If the compressor is not running It could be the thermostat(jump it out) or the start relay. Not many choices for these.

There are really only a couple of reasons for this problem, 1st make sure the AC compressor is running, if not u may have a loose of power problem, next problem is a low system refridgerent charge, this can be tested with a set of AC guages, low side pressure with a stable system at about 80 degree's F should be about 30-32 PSI at the low side line of the compressor manifold, U didn't say what type of unit this is, but the above procedures for checking lack of cooling are the same for all AC units.
