a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

37 is the atual temperature that your trying to acheive. so to make it colder you would go down to 36 which is one degree cooler. hope that helps. thx peyton

The repair person came and in my case it was a start capacitator connected to the compressor. When he replaced the start capacitator the compressor came on immediately and started working. The charge $ 240 (Flat Rate) for the fix. The repair person told me its a universal start capacitator which I found online for $29. Worth trying to fix yourself before paying $240 if your a handy person.

OUCH! , the partial digit display is an error code that has a meaning and they are never good , these units I have seen/repaired many times but I do not have the code book to determine it.
Try holding down the power freeze and power cool at the same time until you get something. If the unit is ok it will reset and hopefully be fine , if you still get a code these units have longer warranty's and could be repaired with no charge.

If you see frost on the back wall inside the freezer , then your condensor is working , which indicates you have a defrost problem .

NO PARTS REQUIRED!!! DON'T PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL!!!
After a power outage, my wife's grandmother said she could
no longer set her over to 300, 400, 450, whatever..
I went over to troubleshoot.
I couldn't figure out why everything seemed functional and
why I couldn't set the over to higher than 288 (and thought, that's a rather
odd number)... until I realized that
that 288 degrees C = 550 degrees F which is the max the oven can do.
The power outage reset the computed back to celcius instead
Save them a ton of money... cause this could have been an
easy cash grab to some cook out there.
