Please visit http://www.eureka.com/parts.jsp and enter 450 into the first box on the page where you put the model number. This will gve you two options, one is for the PDF user manual, the other for parts.
Alternatively if you are trying to get into the drive belt locate four screws, two at the front and two at the back on top of the hood. Once undone, the hood should pop off easily to reveal the brush roll and drive belt. If the belt is intact check that the dust channel is completely free of blockages.
