Having used a small mirror i was able to see the bracket on the bottom of the window which houses a plastic mold in which the cable should be attached, can the plastic mold be replaced ???

If the plastic guide is broken, I suggest you replace the complete window regulator,it broke because it must have
wear on the rest of the plastic guides as well.
I have seen very few of those parts sold online, but like
I said just replace the regulator with a new one and have the peace of mind that it`s not going to break again tomorrow.
Hope this helps

I can't get the ball from the scissor that fits in the plastic guide to go into the plastic guide. Is there a special tool or a special way to do it?

I think more detail as to what you are talking about would be a help. What scissors , how are they used ,where are they used what brand would all be of assistance to the experts.

Can not print code # 5b00

You must follow the below mentioned steps for help :
1: Remove the Left and Right Covers and the Main Case Unit (main cover).
2: Remove the 4 mounting screws from the Chassis.
3: Remove the Main Unit from the Bottom Case.
4: Turn the Main Unit over (upside down) and place on work surface.
5: Inspect the ASF section of the Main Unit for a gap between the white plastic guide and the Chassis.
Note: The size of the gap varies. Even if the gap is not visible, complete the steps
6: Disconnect the appropriate cables and remove the Logic Board from the Chassis.
7: Loosen (do not remove) the 4 mounting screws (the mounting screws can be found behind the
logic board) on the Chassis.
8: Re-seat the white plastic guide so it sits flush against the Chassis. The tip of the white plastic
guide should sit slightly inside the
mounting screw hole. When seated correctly, the gap will no longer be present.
9: Tighten the 4 mounting screws without
causing the plastic guide to shift.
10: Reassemble the printer and retest it.

I think this is the chair I have, but I can't find the black plastic seat rail guides (back) that the seat glides on when opening and closing the chair.

These are called top rail guides and are made of white or black high density plastic. They are available from The Aftermarket Group or New Solutions. They should be a standard size in my experience. To install simply remove the crossbar bolt (X-bar) and put in two new guides. Reinstall X bar bolt and spray with silicone spray to help with easy folding. PAM kitchen cooking spray works too.

drum needs to be taken out and guides need to be checked ,i presume that this plastic is a broken drum guide.check all drum rollers for wear at this point. It shouldnt be that difficult just remember which way the belt comes off the idler pulley, dryer drum rotates simply with a belt surounding the drum thus the guides, drum rollers and idler are checked to find where the grease is coming from, hope this helps,

I have a simmons little folks crib that has a broken bottom plastic guide to lower the sides and the crib is over 15 years and simmons wont sell me the parts. please help.

If you have the pieces of this plastic guide you can go to the hardware store and buy some epoxy [glue] designed for plastic. This will do the job for you.

there is a little sensor flag which you probably knocked out of place. Remove the tray to gain access (plastic guides have a little stop. Just use a small flat blade screw driver and gently pry between steel guide and plastic guide to create a little more gap so the cassette tray comes off the guides completely.
Next, look in there and you will see a sensor flat which is supposed to dangle freely to make contact with the paper. It is a paper full sensor flag. If it isn't broke, you should be able to clip it back in its saddles.

yes i have found a way to get round this paper feed problem, you need a peice of plastic about 3 to 5 mm thick.and about 5cm long a blob of blue tack and stick the plastic strip on the right hand side guide all the way to the bottom. put about 5 sheets of paper in to the guide and adjust the side guide( not to tight). this should help.
