If this is a new laptop barely months old please contact the place you bought it. You will have a warranty on it, you will be able to get it replaced under warranty. It would be pointless anyone trying to help you fix it as it may void your warranty
Is the wires the black and grey ones these are located underneath and hook to a Network card. Just remove the back panel and unplug them. Pull them through, one should also be a ground and the other will be the screen plugin on the motherboard. The other will go to the back lamp that is about it. So what is stuck or if it is fixed do not remove it unless it is part of what your going to use for the new screen. And never touch the white strip across the top of the screen of your LCD new screen. Outside edges only. John
