Will not spin the clothes dry it's seem it is not balanced ?

You may have One wet heavy item (one sweatshirt or one bath towel) that is not evenly dispersed within the wash tub, and this will prevent the machine from reaching and completing the spin cycle.

Paykel&fisher washerit wants to stay out of balance or acts like overloaded

It is important that your observation is most important and so is vital to the identification /rectification and solution. If you have noticed that machine is vibrating when it is running then the motor /drum suspension has to be inspected. Since these fittings are located on the underside of the machine it is important that you look for the noise with a good inspection lamp. Manually turn the motor and drum and listen for the noise, if so the motor bearings, the drum agitator shaft and fittings must be checked. Also the suspensions which include the shock absorbers and springs, the body clamps must be checked to be in correct alignment and not changed in position. Tightening of the mounting is also very important. Finally in most cases a drop of OIL or smear of grease on the moving parts cane solve most issues.

I am attempting to repair my uploader whirlpool washer, I have removed the drum, however I hear lot of water inside the drum still, what should I do? is it normal?

Yes that is normal. That is your balance ring. It's an ingenious device that acts as a counterweight to keep the tub balanced. All is good.

Whirlpool front load washer won't spin - just sometimes

Most Whirlpool (Hotpoint) machines have "out of balance" sensors that detect very large movements of the drum suspension usually due to a very badly balanced washing load.
This can occur for various reasons but putting large and/or heavy items in can trigger these sensors i,f as the machine starts to spin, the items dont get distributed evenly around the drum. This is more likley with large/heavy items.
The machine will then restrict the spin speed for the remainder of the wash cycle, and once the machine is switched off, the next time the machine is used it returns the spin speed back to normal - but if it detects an out of balance situation, it will again restrict the spin speed.
It sounds to me the machine is acting as designed. You could try positioning the items differently as you load them, and hope they dont end up "all over one side".

Need to balance washing machine drum

The drum should not need balancing, but the washer should be level in all directions. If the washer is level, but vibrates excessively during spin cycle, you may need to replace the springs. There is a set of suspension springs which act as shock absorbers. When these wear out the washer will bounce across the floor unless the clothes are 100% balanced in the washer.

During a spin cycle what would cause the basket to be out of balance on every washload, even when there is not a balance issue. Basket acts loose and bangs against inside of machine

sounds like your bearings are excessively worn, open the machine door and hold the drum (stainless steel bit) try to lift this up if it moves freely without the tub moving (outer bit usually plastic or steel without holes) your bearings are gone. or the drum has broken off the wields that hold it to the shaft.
its sometimes cheaper to buy a new machine than repair the bearings and if the drum is loose it will eventually break something inside.

Maytag performa washmachine

You could replace the snubber ring and springs,, if you love the machine, and make sure no grease is leaking. It's a lot of labor. These are not the real Maytags of the past.
