You will never find that unless you are a Seiko Registered Repair Facility. They want the business. I have mine serviced every 5 years, purchased in 1988.

Crown not working need replacing

Cost epends on model but the parts will need to be ordered from TAG.Most TAG crowns screw on to a tube on the case side so this probably will need to be replaced. You will need a specialist watchmaker look at www.rolexrepairs.co.uk there is a postal repair service with free estimates.

The dot on the bezel doesn't illuminate. The store says that in this model the dot illuminates faintly if at all. Does anyone have any experience with this model?

the same lum tubes that are used on the dial are also on the dial at the 12:00 position...it should glow unless it has been damaged

Stem was not staying down and know the stem is

the 3200 model was one of the sturdiest models Luminox has ever made...the crown is not too expensive to replace and unless the threads on the case tube are bad or there is water damage it would be worth repairing IMHO

My problem is not mechanical. Rather, an issue of authenticity. I see a lot of information regarding replica LUMINOX watches. My question is: How can a potential buyer detect a "fake" from the real-deal?

Well I'm, not an expert of fake Luminox, only the real ones, but I will tell you that a 'real' Luminox will be heavy to the touch, good quality steel...another thing that is a must if it is real is the glass tubes on the hands and on the dial at the hour markers...they are very small glass tubes that are not 'charged' by putting in light, they stay lit regardless of any surrounding factors...most fake watches will have 'painted' on glow onto the dial and especially the hands...this model also has a screw-down crown and sapphire crystal...hope this has helped...good luck :)

Casio watch band adjustment

Check the Citizen web site: http://www.citizenwatch.com/Technical/English/Service/pin1tube.pdf

You can skip the part about removing the split tube. Instead of their pin pushing tool, I used a short piece of straight pin held with long-nose pliers while I squeezed using medium sized channel-lock pliers. A helper to hold the watch would've been good.
