Can not connect to a laptop

Could be the laptop needs a driver installing for it to work.

Conventional bluetooth and wireless needs a 2-way signal so the item you want to connect will appear in the laptop wireless and bluetooth menus and you can click on it and enter a password or pin number.
If the headphones don't appear in the menus you won;t be able to connect them. In that case you should refer to the headphone instruction manual.

Where is the serial number on tritton ax pro

Hi there,

Usually it's underneath the headset headband cushion, the one on top, you have to pull on it to the side to take it off.
If it's not there it will be underneath your decoder box.
