I just bought an CECT phone. I have only had it 24 hours and last night the phone froze. Now I can't do anything - it wont even turn off unless I take the battery out. The touch screen just doesnt work. I want to get my money back but before I do that I want to get my contacts and photos off the phone. How can I do that?

Sounds like the battery is the problem here.

disconect a battery for few seconds and plug it back switch on .

Pop out the battery for a minute or so and then put it back in. This will reset the phone, it probably just froze while booting up

The small dial on the right is 24 hour counter and it does one full circle in 24 hours. The purpose of this counter is to tell the wearer what part of day or night is exactly (p.m. or a.m.). There are some places on our planet where the night/day lasts for months and it would be difficult to realise it's morning or evening without 24 hour counter. Try to advance watch hands forward/backward for few hours and you will see this counter hand moving. If it does not move, your watch has faulty/broken wheel and needs to be sent back for replacement/repairs.

Try the following steps:

 i) try checking whether memory card is working properly by placing it in some other mobile......

    if yes----you might have kept a password when the memory card is in some other mobile now, keep 
                memory card in the that mobile or any mobile which allows you to remove password(since 
                china mobile donot have option removing password), i think you remember the password.


    imp: when you keep password to a memory card these memory card will work only in that mobile
           (until unless you remove passworld)

Hi,
I had the same problem and took the battery out so the prones that touch the battery I can see I then took a needle and pulled them out some so it would make a better connection. I had to do this a couple of times. It would stay on for a few hours then shut off again. It has been 3 days now but it is still on. Anyway just remember if it goes off again do the same thing and it should come back on again.

I have the exact same problem please tell me how to fix this i had the phone for less than 24 hours and it wont turn back on i can see the send and end buttons light up but nothing happens ... i took the battery out of the phone cuz it froze on me and it wouldnt allow me to do anything but now after i did that it will not turn on is there any kind of way to fix this.?

MY MENU KEY IS NOT WORKING( STOPPED FUNCTIONING).
