Your method of payment (credit card, PayPal, what?) may have been declined. You will need to contact the business from which you placed the order directly -- contact Customer Service -- to find out why the order was declined.

Only you know the source where you placed your order.

It is not clear what you mean with your question. If you cannot place an order because of a problem with a web site, then the best one to contact is the company you are trying to place the order with, rather than Fixya. If you want someone on Fixya to help you with how a companies order process works, then you need to provide details of the company and what you are trying to order, and better still, provide a URL to their web site.

I placed an order with Amazon now i cant find it

Did you get a Confirmation Email from Amazon? That has a code number to find it. Has your credit card or Paypal been charged? They will have Code numbers to find it. You Amazon Account page should list any orders placed. If not, then the order was not placed and you missed pressing the last CONFIRM /PLACE ORDER button on the order page. (Only the 'One Click' order thing needs 'one click' to place an order.) So Good Luck.

You will need to check with the company/website where you placed the order to check if you placed a successful order.

Fixya experts will not be able to confirm an order with another company.

I have three stations and only two stations can view orders placed on hold, the third doesn't show any orders placed on hold when other two stations show orders placed on hold
