What is the value of my Elkhart saxophone number n07380

https://www.ebay.com/b/ELKHART-Vintage-Saxophones/119030/bn_35516128

Search eBay for similar models to estimate what the market will pay, as there is not exact pricing for an older Saxophone.

You could try listing it on eBay of other sites to see what is offered to you to get an idea.

FIXYA unpaid volunteers are not capable of giving an answer as to the value - value is subject to the normal ups and downs of markets, supply and demand, and other such factors.

Regards.

Hi i have a Selmer mark vi (6) Tenor saxophone model NR m171276. Value and year please

I can't find a reference to 'NR'. Looking just at the serial number, the Selmer scheme shows it should be indeed, a Mk VI made in 1969 or 1970.

If that is so it may be worth from $4000-5500 depending on condition. To be certain I'd have it professionally valued.

What information can you give me about a Yamaha alto sax serial number 085616. It is a YAS 62

I believe this is the YAS62 with the G1 neck, made between 2002 and 2003. Pro level alto sax. Great saxophone for the price.

Who made an alto saxophone serial no. 441117 made in Taiwan and what does it sell for new ?

It could be anybody. Saxophones made in Taiwan aren't usually worth all that much. Sometimes you can tell by the keywork, body style keyguards etc. who made it. Here is a link that may help:http://www.saxontheweb.net/Links.html#Buying

You are going to have a great deal of difficulty finding information using only the serial number. Have a look at this forum and consider joining and asking them. They probably have the most informed members for a saxophone forum:http://forum.saxontheweb.net/archive/index.php/t-84514.html
