Small chip in screen of 40'' TV

i have tv samsung model samsung lcd tv model la32c400...when you open the power on. they have a raster but it is hung .up...and then we open again the power booton on pwer it is have only light display ...and also based side have small line ruster only 3cm....what cause this and problem the t-conn....has fixed already in lcd or disposable .....what is the solution on this parblem......some help.....plssss txt me 09991375154 thank u.....

I have not repaired this particular model. But I have repaired another polaroid flat screen TV. I can tell you for sure, the biggest problem here are bad capacitors in the signal board. You may find 15 or 20 bad caps. On the power supply there may be a two or three caps that need replaced as they will be weak but not real bad. Yes,the majority of the caps will be found in the signal board. You will need a good capacitor checker to locate these. It will require patience and skill to remove and replace these caps. I cannot say enough of bad capacitors in this TV. Find a TV tech to help you! Thanks for asking, show me a few hands of appreciation. This answer is your best effort for repair!

this is a real problem go to your dealer

This tv not repairable,because this tv only can do is,replace the LCD screen panel.The screen panel is 90% of the tv.By replacing the LCD screen panel will cost the same a new tv.Sorry,ur tv does not worth as a whole tv anymore.Only worth as a salvage for electronic's boards for parts,that it.

I had the same problem, and I just updated the tv's drivers to the new 1.15 version. I don't see the green anymore.

We chatted previously, remember to reseat the cables that go to the section of the screen that is distorted. The Y drive boards will be on the left side of the tv (when viewed from back) and there will be about 8 ribbon cables hooking these board to the plasma panel. If you can, look at each square black chip on the board. Each chip drives the picture (row - horizontally) so one chip may be blown causing your issue. It will likely have a small pin sized hole burned in it if bad. You can replace the corresponding board (upper y, lower y) to fix the issue. Hopefully reseating the cables will do it, for a part free fix. Let me know when you get the TV open and I'll assist more. Thanks again!

The problems that you are talking about have been seen before. But I have some bad news for you. The LCD panel needs to be replaced. It would be cheeper to buy a new tv. Sorry.

This sounds like damage of the LCD display itself. The repair for this is usuauly expensive.
