I'd just like to confirm, are you trying to transfer or upload pictures from your mobile device/tablet or computer and upload it to Facebook? If yes, you can refer to the following steps:
1. Log in to your Facebook account.
2. Click "Add Photos/Video" from your wall.
3. Select either "Upload Photos/Video" or "Create Photo Album".
4. The "Open" window will show up so you could locate the pictures that you'd like to upload or transfer to Facebook.
5. Select the picture(s) and click the "Open" button.
6. Enter the details you'd like to post and click on "Post" or "Post Photos".

Uploading photos to Facebook is an easy way to share with

Facebook offers several options for posting photos,
including your profile pictures, photo albums and photos posted to walls.
Facebook lets you choose files to upload from your computer

If you want to post photos to Facebook from your webcam, you
must first allow Facebook permission to access your webcam.
Navigate to Facebook's website and log in to your account.

1. Open your myspace.
view the photo you want to transfer.
right click on the photo and select save as and save it to your desktop. (it is best adviced to create a folder in your desktop so you can transfer all photos in a single folder and not a scattered one.)

If you uploaded them from your computer do it again on Facebook. If you are using a hosting site track down the URLs of the pictures you want and paste them in the facebook album.
well you need to sign into your facebook account. Click photos on the right side of the screen. Then click upload photos at the top of the screen. You will have 3 options..."Upload from drive", "Take a Photo", or "Create an Album". Choose Upload from drive and a dialog box will appear. You then choose the location where the picture is. ie. "My Pictures" or "Desktop" and click the the pic and then OK. You are set to go
