Go into your Options>settings (or some have it the other way around) and look for a setting called "print after PLU input" or something similar.

I need to order printing tape or paper for the P1-DH V. What is the item number for that? Thanks.


There is no specific item number for the printing paper for this model. You can buy any brand of paper rolls, but it must be 2 and 1/4" or 57mm wide. Just go to OfficeMax or Staples and just look for the paper rolls that are 2 and 1/4" wide. If you need a lot of them I would go to Costco, great deal on paper rolls

If you need a new to replace the ink roller the item number is CP-16

please make sure that the software smart web printing for hp printers is installed correctly on the computer then once the smart web printing is installed perfectly you can see that smart web printing on the left hand side of the screen then you can left-click once on that icon then holding down the left mouse button click drag and select the part that u want to print the together press control+p then select the correct printer and give a print the doc that you want to print if the issue is not resolved then uninstall and reinstall smart web printing if in case the issue remains unresolved pls revert back

When I try to print with the C7180 printer highlighted, it says "error" under the printer name, and it won't print. If I scroll down to 7100 printer, it says "ready" and the item prints. Then the 7180 is...


Hi,
Please perform the steps below to set the printer as default if you are using Windows XP Operating System:
1. Open the printers folder:
a. On the Windows taskbar, click Start , and then click Control Panel .
b. Click Printers and Other Hardware .

NOTE: This step is not necessary in XP Classic View.
c. Click Printers and Faxes .
2. Find the printer icon for your product and then look for a black checkmark to indicate that it is the default printer ( ).
If the product is not the default printer, right-click the correct printer icon, and then click Set as Default Printer .
3. Right-click the name of the product and click Properties .
4. Make sure that the product uses the correct port and driver:
a. Click the Ports tab.
b. Make sure that the USB00X or DOT4_00X check box is selected next to the name of the product, where X is the port number.
c. Click the Advanced tab.
d. In the Driver drop-down list, select the correct model number.
5. Make sure that the program from which you are printing is sending the print job to the correct product:
i. Open the program from which you are printing.
ii. Click File , and then click Print .
If the correct product displays in the Name drop-down list, proceed to the next step.
If the correct product does not display in the Name drop-down list, select the correct product, and then click OK to print.

No signals to print head.


99% of the time the printhead is faulty. It is a user replacable item. You should be able to buy it over the counter from you local consumable supplier.

I would try cleaning off the nozles on your print cartridges. If that doesn't help, replace them altogether.

You have to link the payroll item to payroll liabilities account. The default setup links them to a general account of payroll expenses and or payroll liabilities. You have to setup individual accounts in the chart of accounts and link the related payroll item to the account.
