The rollers are usually out and ready to roll. Your frig may be settled into the floor a little bit or surrounded by lint/dirt buildup..
Give it a look underneath by pulling the grill off the front (usually in spring clips and/or small gravity hangers..

Why is smell coming from behind neff fridge

The smell could come from many things. Food which fell behind the fridge, etc. A dead mouse, etc.

Move the fridge out - it has rollers. Clean the floor behind it, while at it, it become terrible unsanitary over years. Take a vacuum and suck up all the dirt around the compressor area. Your refrig will run better and become more efficient. Less cost of electricity. Pull out the pan under the fridge and empty the year long water it has collected. The pan must be pulled out from the front after removing the fake bottom panel connected either with clips or 2 screws in front bottom. The clips just unsnap when you pull the panel.

Unbalanced fridge

you need to first remove the bottom kick plate. you will notice two 3/8 bolt heads on each side. These are to raise and lower the rollers in the front and rear of the unit. There are also 2 legs in the front that can screw in. These are usually lowered after the unit is installed to keep it from moving.

Fridge is not level - it is higher at the front than at the back.

We had the same problem when our was delivered last week. I spoke to Samsung customer services.

They said the roller in the middle of the front is not meant to be there permanently. It is just a transport roller and should be removed once your fridge freezer is in place.

To remove it:-

- unscrew the two white plastic feet at either side of the front until they touch the floor.

- then place a flat end screwdriver in the slots in the feet and continue to unscrew them. They will start to lift the front of the firdge -freezer up until the front roller no longer touches the floor.

-keep doing this (a little bit each side at a time so the fridge -freezer stays level) until the roller is about 15mm off the floor.

- then get a small flat spanner and remove the two small bolts on the metal plate that holds the roller to the bottom of the fridge-freezer.

Once these bolts are removed the roller and plate will drop to the floor and can be removed.

Then using the screwdriver, screw the feet back in until the point when the front of the fridge-freezer is level with the back.

The whole process shouldn't take you longer than 15 minutes.

I asked Samsung why this isn't included in their instruction manual and they couldn't give me an answer which I thought was poor.

I do wonder how many Samsung RSH1 fridge-freezers are out there with the front roller still attached!!!

Broken amana refrigerator wheels

Usually the roller for the rear of the fridge has an axle that is just a pin that will slide out(need a model # to know for sure) and the weight of the fridge holds the pin in place.

How to move the fridge

The wheels are probably OK, the tech likely lowered the leveling feet in the front to keep it from rolling by accident. Turn the little level legs (the screw up into the fridge) until the weight is back on the roller wheels, then you should be able to move it. A pair of "channel lock" pliers on the rubber feet work the best depending on how much weight is on them.
