Question about google.com Computers & Internet
Posted by Anonymous on
When you updated flash player, there was a box with three check boxes, one for the terms, one to install ask, and i forget what the third one says. for future reference, uncheck the latter two to avoid this issue. you only need to accept the terms to update/install flash.
are you using internet explorer? click on the gear icon to open settings then click on Internet Options. Then in the home page box, enter google.com.
lastly, i would go to Control Panel, programs and files, and uninstall the ask toolbar.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
