Try reseating RAM and check how much RAM is showing in BIOS. Try booting the system with RAM individually. Let us know RAM info during boot up.
Please check if RAM is compatible with DIMM slots.

Before you pronounce it dead, try removing the ram chip(s), wipe the contacts clean with a pencil eraser and reseat them onto the motherboard 2-3 times.Still doesn't work, try new ones. Still doesn't work. Bad motherboard.
