Circuit breaker trips out

What is the rating of the breaker? Is this enough to run the saw? If this is ok, has the motor become damaged or has the blade got dirt or wood dust slowing it down?

Where is the fuse for trunk

The trunk pull-down circuit is protected by 30A circuit breaker 24 in the fuse block. If the circuit breaker is OK, power is applied through 20A FUSE 4 in the relay center to the pull-down unit.

No lights upstaires circuit breaker keeps tripping

Jan 2013
1) Move wire to another same-size circuit breaker to eliminate bad circuit breaker as suspect.
Do NOT increase size of breaker or it will cause fire.

http://waterheatertimer.org/Troubleshoot-household-electricity.html

2) Put hand on each appliance and outlet to see which ones are warm. Outlet should never be warm or hot. Replace outlet. Inspect wires for loose and burned connections.

3) If the breaker is good, then add up total watts being used by checking watt rating on each device. 100 watt light bulb is 100 watts. Big screen TV has a label that shows 300 to 500 watts. Computer has label. Space heater has label showing 1500 watts. Iron has a watt rating label. Take total watts and divide by 110Volts and this will give amp load. Total watts used = 2000 and then divide 2000 by 110 volts = 18.8 amps
Compare amp load with circuit breaker.
20 amp circuit breaker has 80% safe maximum, or 16 amps.
If amp load is 18.8 amps, then 20 amp breaker is starting to get hot, and weak breaker will start tripping.
If amp load is 18.8 amps, and breaker is 15 amps, then you are overloaded and breaker is feeling the heat, and tripping because of heat.
Solution is to reduce amp load.

4) If you have short circuit, that can also trip breaker.
Unplug everything and then plug things back in slowly to see which plug or appliance is causing the problem.

Cost about 200 to order, not knowing other costs if repairman fixes it.

Is bryant breakers ok in a murray box

Look on the label inside the door on the circuit breaker panel. It should list part numbers for acceptable breaker. The key is the part number. Bryant is now owned by Westinghouse. Murry is now owned by Siemens. While many breakers will fit in other brand panels, they are only code compliant if they are listed for that panel in which they are installed. Since names have changed go by the breaker numbers. If the breaker number you have is listed on the label then it would be ok. Breakers aren't that expensive, if you have doubt, go to your supply house that carries Siemens and buy breakers listed for your panel.

Maytag PYE2300AYW Dryer wont start or run. I replaced both thermal switches still nothing. What next?

Check the dryer breaker pair in the house electrical panel. Push off, then on. Try the dryer again. If works, ok. If not, recheck the breakers. If tripped again, the dryer has an internal short circuit--likely in the heating element(s). The drum must be removed to service the element(s).
