If the actual LCD panel is cracked, you don't want to even bother looking for a replacement. It would be either the same cost or more expensive to replace the LCD panel than to buy a brand new one. The other issue is if you are going to attempt to do it yourself, there is a chance that you might inadvertently damage something in the process so you would be out the money you spent on the LCD panel and you would still need to buy a new one. These are called consumer models for a reason. Mass production drops the price of the unit, but replacement parts outside of that mass production sometimes are as expensive if not more expensive than a brand new whole unit and are a lot of time VERY hard to find. LCD's are disposable once the actual panel is damaged.

The new LCD panel will coat more than a new 32" LCD TV. LCD panel is the most expensive part of the whole TV, it is limited production part and hard to get one. You can try contacting WWW.SHOPJIMMY.COM
I would suggest you to sell parts on EBAY ans use the money toward the new TV. You can get a lot of money for the parts.
Please see my basic troubleshooting guide here:

Learn about bad caps: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor_plague
Capacitors kit: http://lcdalternatives.auctivacommerce.com/Default.aspx he can make you a set of caps.
Or www.digikey.com just make sure to use caps with low ESR, 105c rating such as PANASONIC FM or FC series.
