Check the rubber seal inside/around the door. I bet you have a tear or piece of seal that isn't making a solid fit and it's allowing (warm) room air into you freezer. This moist room air will either turn to water droplets and builds up to enough droplets to form puddles in the bottom of the freezer, or it freezes into a blob of ice around the door seal and this allows warm room air into the freezer. Otherwise you need an Appliance Tech to check the Freon refrigerant level. Most times its the door seal causing this problem.

Gasket seal is not good

Check the door is aligned properly and meets all the way round If not, grasp the door firmly at the top and push it closed while placing the head of a mallett or similar item between the bottom of the door and the body of the fridge. This will straighten the door and the seal will fit again

If it is a push fit gasket it simply pulls out and the new one pushes in to the groove. Warm in hot water before fitting to ease it in. If the seal is part of the door, you have to replace the door as a complete assembly. Rare models have doors that can be taken apart and reassembled with a new gasket fitted but i don't think Kenmore is one of those.

My Miele freezer the alarm bell is bleeping but it is not defrosting what could be the problem please.

The beeping could be a low temperature warning. Check to make sure the temperature is staying cold enough and then check the door seal. Use a store bot fridge/freezer thermometer. Use a dollar bill to check seal. If you close door on the bill it should hold the bill tight but still let you pull it out. If it is loose then you need to adjust the door to fit tighter.

Hotpoint future rz150 freezer, it keeps freezing over and then I cannot open the drawers

sounds like you have a leaking door seal. try running a hair dryer around the seal while the door is shut. this can sometimes work or help atleast. also inspect your seal for any cracks especially down the bottom. these cracks can be fixed with silicon although it is not ideal. :)

My upright freezer has condensation dripping down the door and also on back of it a bit

Hi, It sounds like the door gasket is not sealing properly. Look on all sides of the door and see if there are any openings between the seal and the cabinet.
Sometimes the door can get twisted and not seal proper. If there is an area not sealing, try readjusting the door for a better fit.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

Freezer door is accumulating frost inside it at the very top. Frost build up has been occcuring for 7to 10 days and we have been removing it periodically. Freezer purchased on 6-23-05. The gasket appears...

The gasket is not sealing correctly and is allowing warm air to meet cold air just below the seal.

Get someone with more skill to fit a new gasket , preferably one made by the original manufacturer , which should fit unlike some of the parts made by third party suppliers
