Hi there this problem is very easy to solve have fixed both my sons and partners phone today..Ok this is how you do it.. Step 1.Go to settings then wireless and network then mobile network settings..
Step 2.Make sure Use packet data has a green tick..Then go into Access point names..
Step 3.Now you want to select Internet which is the first one then hit left hand menu button so you can delete APN once you delete it go to mms second on the list and delete it the same wait if you have more access point names in here delete them too..
Step 4.Now hit the back button once theres no more names in the list to where it says Access Point Names then go back in again and hit left hand menu button and you want to touch on Reset To Default...It will reset the settings for you and thats it DONE you will be able to send and receive mms and surf the internet hope this helps need anymore more help email me on firstname.lastname@example.org :)

make sure some security software is not blocking your access
its the settings ...you mess up with the hue seting...just go to the camera setings ..( options / video capture filter ...and restore default setings ...or reset Im not sure what is available for your model..) to get where I specified just open it from the start meniu (AMcap...or Video Cap after case)
Access the secret " " menu and reset user data, you'd be amazed at how much that can fix. At user menu (after reset) press "-" and repeat key at the same time. select "reset user data". Also, if your having GPS problems, you can also select reset GPS data.
