Question about Rand Mcnally Intelliroute TND 510 Truck GPS
Is the device frozen at the truck screen, accept screen, or the main menu page (with truck tools, map, destination)? If at the truck screen is there a blue loading bar going along the bottom? If there is a loading bar, to correct the issue please perform a Diagnostics & Repair using the Rand McNally Dock.Step by step instructions can be found at - http://www.randmcnally.com/support/s/diagnose-and-repair.
If there is no loading bar then the device would need to be sent in for repairs.
If the device is stuck at the accept screen or main menu you may have an issue with the screen accepting your touch. The device would need to be sent to Rand for evaluation and possible repairs.
