this could be the pump what you need to do is make sure the machine is off and down on the right hand side bottom of the machine there is a round cap clip it down then you should be looking at the pump turn slowly make sure you have a towel down there could be loads or some water coming out DONT undo it quickly OK very slowly until all water is gone then you can pull it out after turning it to pull it out if its all clear then you could have a motor problem but do the pump first OK let me know if this work OK don't for get to put the pump screw back tight OK

We were having the same problem and had a repair tech come out. We were told that we'd need a new basket bearing, but it's only sold with the basket. Also, it could e te complete pump motor assembly. He told us that it would cost over $600. I purchased the complee basket assembly w/bearing for $168.08, through SearsDirect. They sent me the wrong pump, s I'm sending it back. To order the correct one, won't be in stock unil 11/22, so I ordered it from AppliancePartsPros.com or $50.00. Husband is working on it. Level of difficulty is med. skill.

your machine is normal is washing cycle?
if yes.do the same
for the fully automatic washing machine mostly have drain pump, please check the filter of your drain pump, if clog your drain pump of some hair pins, cotton buds or coins or any small item, that the cause of water stuck, and it will long time draining or totally not running the drain pump.and its cause of stop of cycle of washing machine in rinse time or spin time, because after washing the pump must be on to remove water before start the next cycle.
