Hi , I was given this stroller that's in great condition but it won't seem to close up . Is there any solution to this it's a safety 1st stroller.

I know you have to squeeze in on the grey center button (after you have removed the car seat). Push down slightly on the handle after you push and hold the button in to see if it releases the handle lower down near the wheels/frame. I have included a link to the instruction manual section of the manufacturers website where you can enter the info on your stroller and pull up the manual that will help you further with your folding issue. If something is broken, you can also find the customer service number on the website. Good Luck!

I have a broken wing nut on my hadlebar. I'm

Depends on what's broken the wing nut is quite easy to get out, the plastic block it screws into is a bit more difficult. You need to take to top cap off (the black plastic cover where the extension handle comes out) It's held by either a small screw or a pop rivet. If a rivet you'll have to drill it out and replace with a self tapper screw or a new pop rivet. The wing nut assembly will now side up and you can access the screw at the back that keeps the wing nut from coming right out. If all you need to do is swap the wing nut you're done! But if you need to replace the plastic block you have to open up both sides, remove the handle release buttons and find a small Allen/hex key to release the plastic blocks clamped to the wire rods that links to the hubs. Then you can pull the extension handle out and access the screw blocks.

I don't know how to reverse the handlebars on the stroller.

The handle has two white release buttons, the one on the side opposite of the break lever has a smaller safety release button. You have to push the safety release button in than pull up on both release buttons. This whole handle lock assembly can get quite stiff without proper lubrication. Check my tips section for best ways to maintain your Bugaboo.

I received a replacement handle for my mutsy urban rider stroller, but cannot detach the broken one in order to replace it. how do you remove/replace a broken handle?

Remove the 5 screws from each seat holder clip. Remove half of the seat holder clip. Removing these will allow the handle to slide out. Hold the release button on the handle and pull the handle out of the frame.

The stroller is not folding

All strollers like a bit a lubricant and Silicon spray is the best (Bugaboo put a can in their maintenance kits for a reason) Buy a can and spray the handle release then work the release buttons back and fourth. Wipe off any excess with paper towels.

Trouble opening and collapsing a quinny stroller

The Quinny Buzz can only be folded/unfolded with the seat in the most upright position facing forward. If this is the case and it won't unfold, remove the seat first by pushing down the two grey release buttons either side of the frame. It may be the case that the gas strut (automatic close/opening mechanism) is seized and will need replacing. This can only be done by Dorel UK 01842 763 281 as it is a pressurised unit. Hope this helps

How do you unfold the power twin frame?

The release is on the right hand side of the pushchair when you are holding the handle bar. It is about two thirds of the way down and is usually light grey with open written on it. Put Jane powertwin into U tube and KiddieCare do a video to demo this.

Unfold my stroller?

I can't find a manual and I don't know this particular product but I always have to get this for my wife on our strollers... Usually on the side (one or both sides) there is a hook/button holding the metal together in folded position. It could even be in the handle, but its almost always on the sides. Its hard to see through all the bunched up fabric and metal, but I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to look again for the release. This little switch, clasp, lever, button or whatever should instantly pop this thing open or its broken!
