This is probably a faulty speed sensor or the speed
sensor is not plugged in properly. Its also possibly a faulty motor control
board or lower board. The error codes will differ between makes and models but
could be e1.
Watch this videos and tip.
You must concluded if the inclination motor is faulty or Main Motor Controller Board is faulty.

you must call the bowflex, because they have bad design for this board. They will exchange by new one. Do it.

adjust the REED swithc see the diagram , clean it, and tight the connector very well.
2) Tight the ribbon cable inside, clean it, for keypads operations.
