If the distance between lenses is even a hair's width off then images will be blurred. It may be that either the frame has been damaged and moved the internet components. If it is new or under warranty I would suggest returning it. Telescopes are very delicate instruments.

This is assuming your outer lenses have been cleaned properly and any focusing knobs have been used to attempt in focusing the device. Try looking on the manufacturer's website or calling them for a troubleshooting guide or frequently asked questions. It may give you a fast answer.

Cant see anything ?

I going to straight forward on this answer. This telescope is a useless piece of junk! The tripod is unstable, the .965 (obsolete size and design) eyepieces will only focus dead center. The finder is useless, too narrow a field to find anything. The high power eyepiece exceeds the maximum useful magnification (only 98x max under perfect conditions) This may be used for terrestrial viewing but worthless for astronomy.

Some of your electronics parts were worn out. Like capacitors may have leaks that need to be replace
as use stated that the word focus were very clear it means that your tube is still okay. or you adjust the focus knob on the compartment. To tune in the 3 colors.

You have several Astronomy club's nearby. get one of the members to help you with the scope.

By the way the eyepiece and focuser is on the UP end of the tube!

This is one of the worst telescopes you could have purchased. Plastic eyepieces and a plastic focuser! We receive many complaints about not being able to focus.

Try again--- next time buy one of these which is the best value in amateur astronomy.

Put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. DO NOT use the 2x barlow if you have one. Practice focusing on a distant object during the daytime and read my TIPS on my profile page.

Here is the info page on the Orion web site:

You can also call Orion Customer Service. Some eyepieces will not come to focus. Try the one with the largest number written on it.

Also your scope could be way out of collimation. Watch this video:

Image through telescope is tiny!

Never heard of that brand of telescope. Next time buy one from one of these retailers:

http://www.optcorp.com/

Try putting the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the telescope. Then go outside during the daytime and practice focusing on a distant object.

Stars are blurry period thats just the way they are. and with the worlds atmosphere (air) you'll always get a slight waviness...even when viewing planets.

Can not see thru telescope.

Yes it will focus --- put the eyepiece with the LARGEST number written on it into the scope. DO NOT use the 2x or 3x barlow.

Practice focusing on a distant object at least 100 yards away during the day. The moon should be your first night time target.

Can not see anything thru the lens

Put the lowest power eyepiece into the telescope-- that's the one with the LARGEST number on it--

Take the scope outside and point it at a distant object over 100 yards away. Then practice focusing the telescope-- turn the knob slowly.
