I reset my router with reset button.When i wont to aces from my browser with http://192.168.2.1 and when i wrote User Name:admin Password (case sensitive):admin i get Login failed, please try again: .Problem is like old password is not reset to default or i dont write good default password.Please help...
Maybe admin/1234 or you did not reset it, hold the reset button longer

On the back of the device, There is a small reset button, Hold that with a pen for 30 Seconds, that will reset everything, Including that password.

Maybe try pressing the reset button on the back of the router. It'll reset everything but at least you'll be able to get into your router

SOURCE: My neighbor uses my wireless. When i try to log in on the motorola sbg900 site by using http://192.168.100.1/index.asp in the URL bar i can not use the default user name and password to get on or find
contact your service provider and they can walk you through it step by step

sometimes the default gateway is not always 192.168.1.1 sometimes it is actualy your ip adress for example 192.168.0.1 but that won't always work so go to command prompt and type 'ipconfig" and press enter first try your ip and then try the default gateway... for any more help please pm me for any more help...

the router to the factory defaults will delete any changes you have
made to the router, including any security settings. This should be used
as a last resort.
