Take out the SIM card press *2767*3855#, just a reminder it will delete everything on the phone, it will be reset back to the factory settings

L700 can oly unlock by gadget ns pro or Z3x samsung supported box...open samsung tool ,select model L700 ,read infi then direct unlock..if you dont have gadget go to nearest cellphone shop and pay 6 dollars to unlock it..thanks
