If it's not draining, then most likely there's a clog in the pipes. You can try using Drano to see if that clears it up. Otherwise, you'll need to seek repairs with a plumber.

The lever is broken or the valve is stuck
open the tank and check what is blocking the water from flowing into the pipe when the lever is pressed

How do I winterize a 2013, nomad joey select, 207

Assuming you mean you're going to park it for the winter ????
Start by draining all the water tanks, i.e., fresh water, grey water, black water. Go inside and open all the faucets - if you have one or more where it's a common lever type valve and you swing it left or right depending on desired water temperature, then set it for the middle and turn it full on - leave all faucets turned on - shower included. This will allow the water lines to drain out. DO NOT TURN OFF the faucets - leave them on. Don't forget the toilet tank. If there is still some water left in the bottom of the toilet, pour in a cup of standard automotive antifreeze (ethelyne glycol type) and then CLOSE THE LID of the toilet. Ditto this (antifreeze) for all of your drains. Pour 1 cup of (full strength) liquid antifreeze into all drains (sink drains, shower drain, etc) Finally, make a sign that says "WINTERIZED - PLEASE DO NOT USE" and then TAPE THIS onto the toilet lid.

Flush the toilet, toilet fill up, but water does stay in the bowl

Is this a new toilet. If so, the design is such that the trap in the bottom side of the toilet is lower, thus keeping less in the tank. If not a new one, then you may have a crack in the porcelain that is allowing water to leak into the drain. I am assuming it lowers to a certain point and then stops. Let me know back.

I have a toilet with a push button flush mechanism (allowing half or full flush). The toilet has a macerator behind it. If you flush the toilet and the macerator jams, the push button stays stuck in and...

This seems like a problem with your cistern and not your macerator - I have a similar set up and if your push button is stuck you need to check the mechanism in the cistern - also you should have an overflow that drains into your loo within the cistern so you should check this for blockages as well.

When I flush my toilet, the water in the bowl rises all the way to the top like it is going to overflow but stops just short of over flowing. Then it drains out but very LITTLE water stays in the bowl. ...

You have some type of obstruction in your drain. Try a plunger when the toilet is still fairly full. The reason the water level is so low is the toilet was finished filling when the water went all the way down. a714b1a.jpg
If you can't get it open with a plunger, a closet auger works well 7163d19.jpg

Sewer oder from toilet replaced wax ring dident

The wax ring would only help if the toilet wasn't sealed to the drain. Is the odor coming up through the toilet? If so then your water level must be low in the bowl, allowing the trap to be open to air. Make sure the little hose from the fill valve is dumping into the overflow. This helps make sure the toilet stays full, when refilling.

The tank stays full of water, but the water in the bowl slowly drains out.

Replace valve in bottom of tank.

Better yet for about 130 you can have a 1.6 LF new in box and start saving water.

Hope this tip helps.

The flap will not stay up to allow the recommended 80 of the water to drain from the tank unless I hold the handle down. I have tried shorting the chain and increasing the water level. Nothing works!!!...

This toilet is a Water Sense toilet and it only uses 1.28 gallons per flush and no more. The tank is never going to completely drain with this low flush toilet. It is designed that way. Make sure the tank is filling to the fill mark inside the tank. If not adjust the fill valve until it does. Federal law says that a toilet can use no more than 1.6 gallons per flush. If you can take this toilet back and get a refund I suggest you do so and buy a Toto toilet. They are the best flushing toilet on the market. Your problem is not with the washing machine. I suspect that the drain line for your toilet is obstructed further down the line than your snake can reach. If you have a clean out riser to your sewer system, flush the toilet while someone else is watching the flow past the clean out. I would say that renting a sewer line snake at a tool rental like Home Depot would solve your problem. Good luck
