Try unplugging the scanner, let it sit for a few minutes, and then plug it back in---resetting it. If you still experience issues, then unfortunately, it sounds like it would need to be repaired.

My calibration page printed on plain white text paper

When you calibrate the 5100 AIO, first, you push in the photo paper drawer until it CLICKS. Next, print an alignment sheet. It will use the photo paper. Pull the drawer out, put the printed sheet in the scanner bed, with the arrow in the right hand corner, closest to you. Press start and it will scan and print a sheet on full sized paper.
If your initial scan doesn't print onto photo paper, you don't have the drawer pushed in the whole way. There is a definite click and the green light will turn on.

My dell 810 all in one will scan but will not print. green light keeps flashing

"Turn the printer on while holding down both the ink and paper buttons. When the paper light flashes release both buttons", then hold down the ink button for approx. half a minute until the printer lights flash again then release it. That resets the printer.? PLEASE TRY NOW !

SAMSUNG PRINTER CLP-15. The paper prints half way the stops with a steady yellow light and blinking green light. I can get it to finish printing if I turn it off and then on.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to Fixya.com.

Please try to remove toner cartridge first . Next shake it properly to have the ink distributed evenly . Next plug in and make give a self test print. If it still gives you the error lights with half page printouts then for sure you need to change new toner cartridge to make sure that the problem is not with printer itself. .

Thanks for contacting Fixya and please accept the solution if it has helped you.

I am having trouble changing the cartridge on the printer. The

im so sorry for the inconvineince that your having on this printer but let me help you.
if :
Red paper.jpg paper and red inkout1.jpg ink light flash alternately and green power.jpg power light is off possible problem: Paper may be blocking movement of the print head. Turn off the printer, then open the cover and remove any jammed paper or other foreign objects. Turn the printer back on again. If the lights are still on, that means the printer is having a hardware issue if: Green power.jpg power light is off; red paper.jpg paper and inkout1.jpg ink lights flash (quickly) possible problem: The printer may have an internal error. Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, and turn it on again. If the lights are still flashing , that means the printer is having a hardware issue

Error code 5010

Yes, same thing happens to me...Error code 5010...and flashing green and orange...alternating lights.

I was trying to photocopy (in basic black, not colour). I had a few pages to copy. I got this 5010 Error code after EACH copy!

I had to turn off the printer after each copy and then turn it back on for the next copy. That's not the worse of it.....once I turned the printer back on and hit copy again...the printer took a VERY long time to scan the item for the next copy. It took me a good 40 minutes to copy 15 pages.
Sooooo irritating!!!!!

Anyone know what to do?

I've also had the paper jam on me tons of times. I am really disappointed with this product. I would not recommend this printer to anyone!
