the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)

My Sansa m230 player has stopped working

HI, it is caused by virus by an application installed or when too much programs are running at ones.

How to solve this problem, you will have to flash the memory of the phone cause it is malfunctioning that is while it is freezes.

After flashing the memory comes back to normal again and you can start using it again.

Take care.

Tip

For Version 2 Sansa E200 Series and Version 2 Sansa C200 Series

As you have notice, these version of player will not have the USB Mode / Mode ( FOr Rhapsody Players ) and / USB for sansa C200 series. If you want to have your player detected by the computer as a removable disc drive or as a MSC drive you can perform this easy steps.

For Sansa E200 Players and C200 version 2 Players.

1. Enable the Hold Switched for it to show a red color.
2. Press and Hold the Rewind button the " << " then connect to the computer.
3. Connect the player to the computer and dont let go of the Rewind Button " << " , you will notice that the player would be detected as a removable drsc drive in the My Computer Window.

M230 big problem

Remove the battery from the player. Enable the hold switch and connect the player to the computer. Right-click on My Computer and choose Manage. Click on disk management if the player is listed there right click it and choose format. This will erase all the songs on the player. If the player is not listed there try another usb port. If all else fails try calling sandisk to see if there are other steps they could provide.
