Question about Dryers
I have a Kichler Celino ceiling fan. When the lights are switched on they are dim or immediately go off. I have taken it apart and it appears the the problem may be in a little black box from Rhine Electronic Model No PL-190B. How do I test it and where can I get a replacement.
Where did you find the little black box?

Testimonial: "David. Thanks for thinking and asking! The box is on top of the motor which is inside a housing. It is connected to the remote receiver by a blue and a white wire. The receiver is fine. The white being the common ground. A red wire coming out of the box is connected to a black wire that goes to the lights. A white wire from the lights is connect to the common ground. The box is definitely part of the light wiring harness as it is labeled 'incandescent'. Maybe it is nonessential as the bulbs are 120 V 50Watt Halogens?"
