Put a dinner knife in the gap and gently try to prize it open whilst pressing the button. If that doesn't work, you will need to open up the case and find what part is not working..
Wireless devices do use radio frequencies. Have you taken it elsewhere ? This is just a bit of knowledge I found floating around in my head. It could be that the device won;t work work in that area.
try cleaning the optics with a soft cloth or Q-tip and isopropyl alcohol(just a drop!!!!) start it again....otherwise replace pickup..... regards, meder's tv service
I'd suspect one of the controls that would be overriden by analog direct is unknowingly activated. LOOK at the front panel and interpret every indicator for how it could cause silence. Refer to the manual for those you don't understand.
Any Tape Monitor activation would disable digital sources completely.
