Question about NEC Lands Phones
Either there is a phone somewhere that is set to conference, a phone has both buttons pushed. Or if they are both single line phones, one or both of them have 2 line modular cords plugged in thus shorting the lines together. There could be a shorted jack. Or finally it could be in the outside phone company lines. With the weather we have been having there could be water in them shorting out your 2 lines.
