Best way to find out is to look on ebay.com or similar online sites, find out what others are selling 2nd hand ones for or find the lowest new price and you shouldn't be paying anything more than about 70% of that, hopefully less.... bear in mind a new one will give you a guarantee especially if you use your credit card to pay you get 2yrs cover on any item that fails within 2yrs via your credit card company, something not many people realize, you won't get this front the 2nd hand seller.

I want to make business cards but don't know where to begin

if your print workshop has cd with it install it then choose the template for business cards , design it and print. If your cards do not have cd with it you will have to go to openoffice.org download what you need to create the business cards. Hope this helps if it does'nt repost I will be watching for it.

Want allow my credit card to be approved for purchase of 10.00 game card( know card is good)

You're not going to get help on this hear. It's an issue between Nintendo and your credit card company.

Step 1 is to call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and find out what is going on. Tell them you tried to charge $10 to buy a gamecard and ask what happened. They will be able determine if there is a problem on their end or on Nintendo's end.

If your bank/credit card company says all is ok, call Nintendo at 1-800-255-3700

No problem want to upgrade

There are lots of possibilities Rob. Endless, I would say. Looking at your specs you could spend up to $400 or $500 depending on what you want.

RAM - $50 to max out @ 4GB
Graphics - $100 to $200 for a good PCI-Express card w/512MB
Sound - $50 to $100 for a good 7.1 card
CPU - $100 for a Pentium Dual Core 2.7GHz with 800MHz FSB

These prices are from www.tigerdirect.com which would be a good place to start.

One thing to consider is the price of a new computer compared with an upgrade. Sometimes you are better off just getting a new one. Again, it depends on what you want...and can afford.

Good luck and thanks for using Fixya.

Graphic card

Your board does not support sli. If you want a good video card, check this list out at:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=Property&N=2010380048%201069633099&minPrice=100&maxPrice=210&bop=And&Order=PRICE

I would go with the HD 4850 if you have a big enough power supply.

Please rate my response. Thank you.
