First remove the battery and power cord for about a minute. Then plug back in and see if that helps. Otherwise please read the following:
LEDs near Caps Lock and Number Lock keys blink when starting notebook
LED lights near the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys will blink if an error
is detected during the start up process. The LEDs will blink a number of
times in a sequence and then stop. The number of blinks in the
sequence indicates what component caused an error when it was being
tested during start up.
If the LEDs stop blinking and the
computer does not start, you can press the power button again to repeat
the tests. Count the number of blinks, and use the chart to identify the
Knowing the number of blinks is helpful when you contact an HP support agent for technical help.

The symptoms seem to be related to the main blower motor and/or it's capacitor. Turn the system off for a couple of minutes and then turn just the fan on while the thermostats heat setting is in the off position. If the lights still dim then replace the motor and capacitor. The clicking noise is the fan relay.
Please described the problem in detail like what is the status of the LEDs at the front panel. Does it stay on? Does the tv make a clicking noise before the LED starts blinking red or does it blink continously. Also let me know how many times it blinks in between each pause? Please provide the make and model # of the the tv as well.
It sounds to me that the motors on the units in question, may need a few drops of oil on the bearings. I have seen motors in these heaters and most do have a place to oil them, they wouldn't have sealed bearings as the newer motors.Check the blower wheels also for dirt build up on the blades, as this will cause them to be out of balance and cause some noise also. Sincerely, shastalaker7
when turning on the set will go three startup cycles about 2-3 min. then all three leds will blink/ possible causes /lamp/ballast/dmd board check or purchase the dmd board last (costs) also listen for arcing from the ballest at startup and fan noise if you can and color wheel noise also.if you hear the ballast arcing and trying to fire the lamp look at the lamp.
Yes this is a heater fault detection error. The unit may not be heating the water resulting in unsanitary dishes so the unit shuts down in this fault. Also the door may not have completely shut resulting in the heater not working, but everything else does (the heater common line is broken at the door switch. Clear the fault by entering diagnostics with this key dance heated dry, normal, heated dry, normal. All the leds will light, you can then press cancel and try another wash cycle. If fault occurs again, you must repair heater problem.
Most base board heaters installation instructions say to attach to the wall with screws which are slack ( not fully tightened) in order to allow the heater case to expand and contract otherwise you get a clicking noise
Your info is slightly conflicting - I think.
As I remember the C60 has just 2 LED's:
1 - Green for Power
2 - Red for Error
The third button - Cartridge exchange - has no LED
Now it is a while since I looked at a C60 and my brain leaks like a sieve, but that's the way I remember it and feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
The error codes I remember are:
