I just had to time the hook of the same model because it wouldn't sew after there was snarls in the bobbin area. Not sure how that happened but I suspect the jam caused the cogged timing belt to slip. The case has to be removed and the three set screws that lock the plastic helical gear below the hook loosened. Be sure that once it is timed that the hook is more than half way around in it's travel before the take up arm starts to tighten the upper thread. If not, jams will persist.

How to threat a juki mog2516n

Stand in front of your machine and shake your fist vigorously. That's how you "threat" a machine.

Your JUKI has a thread guide inside the front door. Open that and follow the colors... Upper looper, Lower looper, right needle, left needle.

Cant put back bobbin case in its place

I'm assuming you took out all the visible thread but usually I find more that you can't see until you disassemble the bobbin casings. Should have instructions in your manual...its not as scary as you think.

If you are nervous about it, take digital pictures every step of the way, so you can get it all back in.

Have some tweezers and a small flash light handy!

That extra bit of thread could be hanging up the system enough for you not to be able to get it back in right.
