Question about Philips 55pfl4706/f7 TV
I bought what I thought was a TV on eBay and it turns out it's JUST the panel. The seller says they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee, plus I eat the cost of shipping both ways, in order to return it, which comes out to about half what I paid for the darn thing. So I'm thinking I might try to pick up all the missing components to basically build the TV from scratch. It's hard to know how it all goes together without some kind of guide or at least a picture of the insides of the TV. Can anybody help me with this?
OUCH!!! Cut your loses & say goodbye to that money.
You will need all the circuit boards for this, plus all the internal connecting cables, remote & buttons (if you can locate all those parts), then you'll probably find the panel doesn't work anyway.
It's like building a car from spare parts...The sum total of the individual parts will cost considerably more than purchasing the whole unit to start with.
