Question about Xerox Phaser 7750DN Laser Printer
Just bought a brand new high capacity feeder for Phaser 7750. When plugged in it isn't recognised by printer or computer (Mac). Pulling out drawers has no effect on printer status either. Config page shows only Tray 1 & 2. Checked visible wiring from feeder and looks OK. Am I missing something obvious?
In the printer settings (from the LCD and menu buttons) you need to tell the printer that there is a feeder attached. There will be an option in the configuration that allows you to tell the printer it is there.
Not 100% with that model sorry I couldn't direct you exactly where to go.. I am better with HP.
