Question about RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 Smartphone
There is an conductive lense on the bottom of your track ball and on the circuit board. the reason to have two lenses on one connector is unknown to me. but luckily for you (usually) the trackball lense will flatten and need replaced. to replace a trackball is 8.99$ u.s. and just press ur fingernail at the bottom of the silver ring and pull up GENTLY! after that there are 3 snaps for the new trackball (left, right, and bottom) just snap into place! if that doesnt work you may have to replace the connector on the pcb which is difficult and voids warranty!
